Returns Policy
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every Precious Liquid fragrance. This policy explains the conditions and steps for returns, exchanges and refunds on purchases made directly through our website.

Return window & eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, every condition below must be met.
Condition of the product. The fragrance must be in its original, unopened and unused condition. The protective seal, cellophane wrapping and all original packaging—including branded boxes, caps and pamphlets—must be completely intact.
Proof of purchase. A valid receipt, order number or proof of purchase from the Precious Liquid website is required.
Promotional items. Any free gifts or promotional items received with the purchase must also be returned in their original, unopened condition. If they are not returned, their retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on fragrances that have been opened, sprayed or used, even once.

Non-returnable items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
— Opened or used full-size fragrance bottles.
— Discovery sets, sample vials and travel sprays.
— Gift cards.
— Items purchased from unauthorized third-party retailers or boutiques. If you purchased a Precious Liquid product from a retail partner, please refer to that retailer’s return policy.

How to initiate a return
Contact Customer Service. Email sales@preciousliquid.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the name of the item or items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Receive authorization. Our team will review your request. If the return is authorized, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Package the item. Carefully package the unopened fragrance in its original shipping box or a sturdy alternative to prevent damage during transit. Include the RMA number and original packing slip inside the box.
Ship the item. Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of a returned item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Damaged or defective items
We take great care in packaging our fragrances. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email sales@preciousliquid.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and shipping box. We will work with you to provide a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
To exchange an unopened, eligible item for a different fragrance, follow the standard return process described above. Once the original item has been returned for a refund, place a new order for the desired fragrance on our website.

This policy is designed to comply with Google Merchant Center requirements and provide a transparent, consistent process for our customers.
