This is more of a fruity iris than the typical powdery iris fragrances I smell. I’m not too fond of the powdery scent, so this one smells lovely to me. I really like the fruitiness in this one. The fruitiness in Miami Sunrise was way too punchy, but Iris Sorbet is much more subtle. Clean and inoffensive to my nose. Marketed as feminine, but I disagree. This is definitely unisex.

This was my first fragrance I sampled from Precious Liquid over a year ago. While I absolutely adore this fragrance as-is. Think of this as eating a deliciously fruity raspberry-rose flavored sorbet with Iris/carrot “sprinkles” – it feels bright and almost “icy” at the beginning where the citrus pucker makes itself known, staying fruit-floral the whole way through until near the end at the drydown, with a lingering finish of gorgeous musk and sandalwood add some warmth. What I envision then is a carved wooden ice cream bowl with just the last melted traces of the most sophisticated and delicious sorbet you’ve ever eaten. Iris Sorbet is especially lovely in the spring when the temperatures outside are perfect, but can be worn anytime. This one has been on my to-buy list for awhile!

This is so crazy, it’s not powdery or old-smelling at all, but still has all the bits of iris I love. It’s extremely smooth, totally lives up to its name. I have no idea what gave the perfumer the idea for this but I’m so glad he made it. Love it!

The fruity notes definitely give summer vibes. This is a good fragrance to dress up and wear on date-night at an ocean-side restaurant or dress down and wear while walking down the boardwalk, at the beach. A mechanic at a car shop could smell me from across the counter and asked me to write down what it was; he was so enthralled by the idea of buying this fragrance for his partner, that he gave me a discount.
